Breeding
Tennyson Stud is very proud of it's breeding program. We no longer stand a stallion but still have some frozen semen to HB Sinatra. We were very lucky to begin the program with such a wonderful stallion - Worldwide PB. He gave the progeny a fantastic rideability and temperament, a liquidity of movement and super walk and canter and beautiful faces.
There is an opportunity to buy embryos in-utero, foals, weanlings, youngsters and also trained performance horses.

Lessons
Claire has been teaching for many years and has a wealth of knowledge to share. As a rider and competitor she understands the journey and has a huge number of exercises to help you reach your goals. Happy to coach all levels, you just need an enquiring mind and she will help you whether it is at an amateur or an elite level.

Training
Claire has trained many horses over the years, from young stock through to FEI. Of utmost importance is a good work ethic, the horse needs to transport the rider in the most comfortable way possible. Horses are trained at Tennyson Stud to enjoy their work and harmony exudes from them all. Each is trained to be responsive to light aids which are invisible to the spectator. Cross training is important to keep the horses stimulated in their work. Claire is now only training her home bred horses.
TS Wow and TS Ducati
Tennyson Stud has top class facilities. Young stock grow up in large paddocks in a herd. Once broken in they live in individual paddocks with shelters. There is a full size, well maintained dressage arena, round yard and constant expert supervision.

Competing
Claire has been a top competitor for many years and has shown extensively in young horse classes through to FEI. Freestyles are a speciality of hers, she enjoys the freedom and expression they allow. She looks forward to helping her clients plan a competition future for their horses and fulfilling those dreams.

Open Days
TS Dubai and TS Whitsunday
Tennyson Stud regularly holds open days where clients and colleagues, whether they are riders interested in lessons and training or prospective breeders or buyers can come and have a fun, informative day. Claire presents a number of horses and discusses her training methods of each and throughout the year you can enjoy the progression of the horses. A quick tour of the stud is followed by lunch and maybe a wine or two!
